The goal of Empire Iron Works Ltd. is to provide goods and services to our customers in a manner that:

Monitoring trends in performance, auditing procedures, and focussing on continuous improvements are the core elements of the QA program. Customers and employees response on the following determines our success:

  1. Number of repeat customers requesting quotations.
  2. Conversion rate – estimate to contract.
  3. Number of non-conformance reports generated.
  4. Number of safety incidents associated with delivery of the completed project.
  5. Completing the project as estimated.
  6. Having an ethical, logical reason for a variance from the plan stated in the estimate.
  7. Employee retention.

 

QUASAR has registered the Quality Management System of Empire Iron Works Ltd. to the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) Steel Fabrication Quality Systems Guideline.
